The service may not be used for:

— Impersonating another person or organisation, including falsifying the originating number.
— Fraud of any kind, including the use of premium-rate numbers to generate artificial revenue.
— Illegal activity, harassment, threats, or distribution of unlawful content.
— Reselling the service without express written authorisation.
— Attempting to breach the security of the platform, of other customers, or of our carriers' networks.
HOW THIS IS ENFORCED
We monitor usage patterns to detect fraud: abnormal volumes, unusual high-cost destinations, or activity matching known abuse patterns.
On detection we may suspend the account immediately. We will notify you and you may appeal; if the use turns out to be legitimate, service is restored at no cost.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CREDENTIALS
Your account's SIP credentials allow calls to be made against your balance. You are responsible for keeping them secure and for calls placed with them. If you suspect they have been leaked, tell us immediately so they can be blocked.
