IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE USING THE SERVICE This service does NOT support calls to emergency numbers (911, 112, or the equivalent in your country). It is not a replacement for a traditional phone line or a mobile phone. If you need emergency assistance, use a mobile phone or a conventional landline. Why: the service runs over the internet and cannot determine your physical location, which is what emergency centres need in order to dispatch help. It also depends on your internet connection and on mains power: if either fails, the service does not work. Make sure everyone who uses this account is aware of this limitation.
